There’s an occasional bug where, if you have a lot of unread articles, an update will clear the list and only leave the most recent 5 articles, leaving you to keep updating to download the rest that you had already saved. (You don’t lose the rest from your Instapaper account – they just get removed from the iPhone and are re-downloaded on subsequent updates.)
This is very hard to reproduce, but I’m working on it.
