Fix for 2.1 crash

If Instapaper Free or Pro 2.1 crash for you, I believe I’ve found and fixed the cause: there’s sometimes an error handling “about:blank” or “http://” entries on the iPhone apps.

I’ve worked around this on the server side so it simply won’t send these blank entries to the iPhone. If your app is already crashing, please delete and re-download it. If you use the same iTunes account that you bought it with, Apple won’t charge you again: it’ll pop up a dialog after the purchase saying that it will be free because you’ve previously purchased it.
