website update folders now have their own

Website update:

• Folders now have their own bookmarklets. Check the footer of the folder’s page for a special Read Later bookmarklet that sends pages directly into that folder. (These are for organizational folders, not the special starred-by-user or feed folders from Instapaper Pro 2.0.)
• The Delete link on items in your Unread folder is back.
• All article actions, including Move-to-folder (which is now a text link to be more clear) and Delete, are now done via AJAX so you don’t reload the whole page and lose your scroll position.
