Major character-encoding update

I’ve just pushed a major update to Instapaper’s character handling in both Text and Web modes. This should resolve the majority of bugs involving:

• Smart quotes and em-dashes
• Accented characters
• Non-Roman characters (Japanese, Chinese, Cyrillic, Arabic, etc.)

The fix will apply automatically to all pages saved from this point forward.

If you’d like to retroactively apply it to all of your articles already on your iPhone, simply Log Out of the iPhone app, then log back in and tap Update to redownload all of the articles. (This will only apply to Text mode, since I save Web-mode versions for a while to keep updates as fast as possible.)
