Updates from this weekend:

Moved the site to a new, high-end server. It’s now much faster.
Improved the Unread page to be even faster, and clarified the existence of direct-to-folder bookmarklets. (Nobody ever knew.)
Added a new export-to-CSV feature for backups and data portability if you want.
Added iPad-specific Safari bookmarklet installation instructions and redesigned the iPhone app product page to include the iPad.
